Why does what I do matter?

Our team’s purpose is to use visual and audio content to call people to worship God and to share the Good News. Having gifted worshipers in these roles allows for Sunday Gatherings to convey the message well, give space for creativity, and to expand our outreach.

How can I be prepared for Sunday morning?

We encourage our tech & media team to review the plans for service in Planning Center the week of serving. This will help you get familiar with what the morning will look like. For slides volunteers, the links to all of the songs for the week are in Planning Center. Listening to the songs helps to know what to expect in service.

What if I can’t serve after I accepted an invite in Planning Center?

If you are no longer available for a position you accepted in Planning Center, please reach out to another volunteer to take your place. If you are unable to find someone please send a message in Planning Center or reach out by text so we can find a replacement.

Is there opportunity for more hands on experience?

We offer space on Thursday evenings from 7-9pm to sharpen your skills in the tech booth, worship, and media areas. This is a time to practice without the pressure of making mistakes on a Sunday morning. If you plan on attending please reach out to JeVon or Alysha Mickles so they are aware.
